Story - Rotor DR1 is a community collaborated Sci-Fi episodic series and feature film created exclusively for an online audience. The story takes place in the future after some cataclysmic event has occurred. There is no government, half the world’s people are dead or missing and the sky is full of autonomous drones. A 16-year-old boy trying to survive in this world, who learns that his father is alive and sets out to find him, joined by his drone companion.

Our goal with this project is to create New Media that involves interactive engagement. This new approach to content creation combines high quality production value and cinematic know-how with the incorporation of audience feedback into the content itself. New Media makes this level of interaction possible, and our goal is to use that feedback to shape the story, creating truly collaborative entertainment with an audience that is involved from the ground up.

They are going to make episodes based on viewer feedback. I guess it may be put together as a movie in the end
