I ordered few carbon tubes, a battery compartment and prop mount and a propeller set of a matrice 600. Ordered it via DHL now customs is asking for the end user document. What is the safest option to get it cleared. Had No idea that simple carbon fiber parts can be held by customs.

End user document means just your document.
DHL clears customs on your behalf and just needed KYC documents. Upload them on their website and you are good to go.

I have experience with EU statement issued to exporter custom. That is a statement ideally states the goods being imported are for personal use for a science project etc. and not intend for resell or export to other countries. That's it.
