Title: Shipment not received from Banggood Post by: Iampib on July 15, 2020, 03:23:50 PM I Ordered via banggood on 19-Mar-2020 & it will be delivered by India Direct mail with tracking ID YTZDH0032000538YQ within 29-Apr-2020.
I Didn't receive my order from last 124 days already i have contacted with their customer care several times but they are extending delivery time again and again (60 days>90 Days>120 Days> Now asking to wait couple of days more) & From Past 120 Days it showing same status. I have asked to cancel the order several times to their representatives, But all time they have relied that they can not cancel the order as the order was shipped. It is too difficult to wait more than 120 days for a shipment. Anyone Please Provide appropriate solution. Because there is no tracking website to track via given ID. Please anyone inform that where i can go for filling complaint or how can i get refund ?
