If you still have a recovery option or access, just recover it, generate a tuff password and change it. Change all your security questions and answers. Probably your recovery options in too weak. IF you use gmail, also activate 2 step verification. It makes your account hack proof. Also, how did you get the ip of the attacker?

If they can do that, they can send your password to the hacker.... If you think it is a BIG issue... give a police complaint with the IP adress...
