Not even sure if the package has arrived in India and stuck in Delhi or still in China. However it is correct that BG has started accepting and shipping orders again. As Kartik mentioned not sure about when it will reach the customer. AFAIK there must be a backlog of international cargo arriving into India so unless that clears no one is getting anything in their hands :(
