Hi guys I had a problem with support. I'm using Ender 3 V2 PLA material(190Deg, 50Deg) Speed - 100mm/s, Support - Build plate adhesion.
In CURA for both Everywhere and Build plate adhesion The support material stick together to the printed part. It's very hard to remove  Bang Head. Sometime the main parts also broken or damaged. I just Google it and watching Youtube videos with the term of "support material sticks with printing part". But I didn't get anything (maybe I don't know the exact searching term). Before buying printer I just watching some Youtube videos, they Separated the support material very easily, But I can't.  Is any solution for this problem? Cry. If available please teach me . Any Links, Videos, Pics, or Comments are very helpful.

Thanks In Advance Smiley Hats Off

Hi ,you must check whether the support is required or not for every model you print.

2nd ) In slicer settings, you must tweak your own settings for support structure, which helps you in quickly removing them once the print is finished. (Go advanced and you can add up things)

3) you can post your slicer settings here so that , can look and give you suggestions.

Thank you

@harrisfuqua thanks for your reply Still I dont have the answer.  Bang Head

@Bhanuflying thanks for your reply, I just set my own settings. For support I do a Custom support , but It also failed. I just uploaded my slicer setting below. you can have a look and if any mistakes please let me know.

@ramarao thanks for your reply. I use a tree support, It is moderately easy to remove support, Because first thing is Time, extra 1 hour is added . and money (wastage of Material). But finishing is not good compared to normal support print.

In hardware side I just did a Bed leveling, Nozzle adjustment . In software side (Slicer settings) I did a Custom support (again Sticks together), reduce the flow and speed of a support (Increased a little bit of time)

I checked my printer 3 times all are good except support. finally I decided problem with me not printer.

If anybody knows where I did a mistake please let me know, that might be very helpful for many.  Bow

Thanks in advance  Hats Off

picture is not clear to see details ...

you can reduce printing speed to 60 and try with tree supports.

i will print maximum 60 speed.
you also can start from 60 slowly increase speed and find maximum speed for printer

May be problem with filament you are using.if filament absorbs moisture also will create problem.

try with other brand fimanents such as Esun or flashforge
