Now whatever happens based on my experience your shipping is wasted which you have to pay again if the parcel is from out of india. If it is within India you can ask the seller to bear it and solve amicably. Do remember that you can't push him about shipping because it is not even his fault. If he disagrees, please readily pay the shipping cost again and have your item back. This thing happens many times with everyone and you got to live with it...!
