I don't have lipo battery now but I have Imax b6 balance charger, can I connect the charger with ESC and brushless motor

You can connect the Lipo charger to ESC with brushless motor provided the load current should never exceed the charger rating.
As per the charger rating, its 50W. You can connect the BLDC with
no load
(without propeller).
Warning: Also check for the no load current for your motor and if exceeds the rating of your charger, do not connect.
Your BLDC motor rating would be 300 to 400W, in this case you cannot connect your motor to charger. Just buy a Lipo battery of 2.2 Ah and this will suffice your need.

No you cannot connect. When you connect your battery the charger actually detects it before it delivers power to battery.
On the other hand your ESC cannot manipulate that it is a battery. So answer is NO.
However if you are using b6ac then it has AC to DC circuitry built in so you can open it and use those DC lines.
If it is just b6 DC version then you can simply use the DC supply you are providing to power b6.
