We have a SLA of 24hours for all our orders. You try mailing us on
info@robu.in. Our system will automatically open a case about your query, and you can track it's status. Our team has to start working on it within 24hours, otherwise it automatically gets escalated. Post delivery corrections cost us more. It saves us lot of money and efforts to proactively resolve issues, even before customer gets know about it. We have a system in place which notifies us about possible order issue, our system even tracks all orders shipped and highlights stuck shipments. There are still lot of gaps in our system but we are hopeful in next few months most of our customers won't even get to know if there was any issue with their shipment.
@imperial fire: We charge flat Rs.100 for standard and Rs.200 for express shipping irrespective of order value and weight. and we also offer free shipping for order value above Rs.2000. This simplifies our shipping structure.
We are planing to come up with new shipping plans of Rs.20 and Rs.50 for certain types of orders. I hope that will solve your shipping charge query.
