Should they get a weapon that can fire an EMP(powerful one) repetitively from a plane, they should be the undisputed rulers of the world.So,get back to analog stuff and dump this digital stuff.

India should ramp-up their researches and come up with good UAVs now. They have designed one prototype, but they should get serious about it. May be they should cut down on their political expenses of conducting frequent elections, expensive cars etc. and pump in more money towards aero-space research and development.

I was just thinking few days back, why do politicians use those high end luxury cars ? why does the government approve those cars for them ? With the fuel prices sky-rocketing these days, they can save tonnes of money just using a good fuel efficient car for their regular use.

Yes it would, too. Solid state electronics can be affected and even destroyed by radiation (including nuclear).

That is why, the Soviets used  vacuum tubes or "valves" till quite some time after the war. Thermionic tubes are very robust under these conditions.

but I doubt if it can be used by an aircraft repeatedly.It does take a lot of power right?
