Getting ready to photograph this rarest of rare celestial spectacles, I just shot this as a test.

(90mm Refractor Telescope + Plossl 17mm Eyepiece + Moon Filter + Sony Cybershot)

Stargazers don't miss it, this is a "Once in a Red Moon Opportunity". Thumbs Up

I am covered in Odomos, Baygon spray - you name it. Wife won't let me enter the bedroom because of the stink! I will have to sleep in the guest room tonight. No wife, no moon, no photographs, how sad!

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.
Till now I cannot see the moon due to heavy cloud in Kolkata.
Only a few small opening comes and I checking the moonpath if it can be recognized.

Waiting from start of eclips.

Even I couldn't see the moon Sad  Waited till 1.30 am, went to the roof, went out on the road, disturbed the street dogs,they started a war against me, barking loud at me. And I was roaming out on the road in my shorts and banyan with a wooden plank in one hand and a cam in the other.  Grin
