                  Registered post (starting with "R") can now be tracked just like speed post ,it was implemented some 15 days ago .just thought it will be useful to some members.

                      The link you posted sure works but it is for International items . Registered post was not trackable at all before this was implemented. (Try tracking one registered post with your link.)

Need Help. I ordered Heli from Banggood, I get following in tracking website:

Yes. and do not worry if its DHL you will get your parcel on time.

are you sure.. sorry for asking, well it was registered post from Banggood.. seems like it was sent from HK to Germany and then from there to here, but couldnt track any info this is the only info I am getting.

Yes, when I checked India Post website, no results, but when checked on link I got from this forum , track-trace I found the mentioned details.. so worried now..  :banghead:

There is nothing to worry. Your parcel is registered airmail. It will be delivered to postal authorities for further dispatch. Hope you will receive the parcel this week itself. It may be after the post office gets your parcel they will send to the customs. This will take 2 to 3 days, but by weekend you will get it anyways.

Hello everyone,

I placed some orders for RC components which were sent by ChinaPost & SingPost Registered Airmail. All was good until last 7-10 days when I found that the IndiaPost international mail tracking website http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/ (http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/) is not responding anymore. And my mails, which generally arrive within 15 days after being cleared by China customs at Beijing. However, I haven't received them yet even after 1 month.

Is anyone else having this problem with IndiaPost tracking or is it just me?

Neither can I access tracking website. Seems to be down.And rest of the tracking websites seem to fetch data from the official website so none of them would be able to get proper tracking details once the item arrives in India.But all my 3 SingPost parcels took a month to arrive earlier, if that helps!

Incidentally even the domestic speedpost tracking website was behaving strange a while ago.

           I am Sakthi from Tirupur. I am a newbie to this RC hobby. Last month i have ordered a RC Helicopter (WL toys V911 Pro V2) from Banggood. The product was shipped from china warehouse on 21st Feb 2014 and still now i have not received the product. I tried to track down my shipment in 17 track.The last status is shown as below,

I could see that the product is sent from Chennai to my city but its already 9 days over but still now i have not received it. Can anyone help me out on this. I am really struggling to get the product.  :(

On the right side of that page, you can see a "Track All Mail Items" box.

Have you even tried to go there and *attempt* to use it ?  If you feel that people are waiting here to spoon feed you, you are mistaken.

Chinna, i dont think you would be able to track something 2 years old. If it was using Indian Post you can try your luck at the nearest Indian Post parcel office. Ensure you are very kind and respectful to govt employees

Akhil eattan (Akhilzid) send a UNO board from Eranakulam yesterday evening (6.40PM 10/11/2014) Received it today noon in Palakkad (12.20 PM  11/11/2014)   !!!!!

That is <18Hr Delivery !!!!!!!!!! I DOn't expect any professional couriers in Kerala to make it !!

I'll let my mom know about this :D, she is a postmaster and would be happy to hear some positive remarks about IndiaPost hehe
They are really trying hard to compete with the courier guys. She says more and more of the e-commerce sites are taking them up now. EMS is serious business for them, many important business letters are sent via EMS so the tracking and delivery systems are updated regularly. There might also be a future chance of IndiaPost splitting up as smaller entities handling banking, letter and parcel services separately so it's alll guud :D

I Can think of three organisations doing fantastic work at low cost, benefitting a huge proportion of the population that cannot afford higher rates.
But these organisations never get any appreciation, only complaints.
Post Office, Railways and SBI.

I get all my stuff only through India Post.
Yesterday got a model box 40"x10"x10" from Pune through India Post, and it cost only Rs135.
Two years ago i got 2 model boxes from RCBazaar by courier, and it cost me nearly Rs 3000!

Thank you India Post, for all these years of service to the nation.

I agree With You. I really Like India Post and  I Love Indian Postal History. I Would Like to Tell everyone That Indian Postal System Is The Biggest Network In India. The Couriers Companies May also would not have Covered That Much Pincodes but India Post Have Covered. And I really loves Post Office Specially The Ones Which Are small And Cute.
And Indian Postal History You know Their Collectibles are One Of the Best In The World.We Send Any Letter Or parcel To Someone At Very Low Prices That's The best thing !!!! :). And Nowdays System is Really Getting advanced as soon as The Parcel is Delivered We Get a message after 3 to 4 hours. The Message gets Is received by the sender as well as the Receiver Too. That's A Really Good Effort and Service By Indian Post . :)

What bloody site is this ? I wanted to track the status of regd post sent on 25th July. But no provision is given to feed Regd No and to get result.

I use Speedpost for everything i get/send. More than satisfied.
Don't know about Regd Post, but Speedpost allows me to track.
And recently they have started giving delivery notification by sms. Wonderful!

I often go to my local post office. Their workload is enormous.
Despite email, sms, whatsapp etc, you can't believe the amount of traditional mail and parcels.
And their working conditions are quite sad.

I do feel a sense of gratitude to India Post!

Usually Aliexpress parcel takes almost 30 to 45days. Once it landed to Kolkata Post i might take 20 to 30 days to reach your place. Kolkata Foreign Post is damn slow  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
