Legally speaking, flying all kinds of UAVs are banned. Not specifically FPV related though. But everyone here seems to be flying something or other Smiley

Just like smoking in public places is banned. Theoretically Wink

DGCA is working on the new regulations. But in India it seems to take forever.

In India we always have a negative approach. Here, first ban something and then make policies. So, they can relax and take forever to make those policies. They also know that people will get impatient and will violate the rules. But if something goes wrong, the ban will be used to prosecute the unfortunate people who are involved.

I get around 25 mins without gimbal and camera, also I will be switching to 1038 for reduced vibration and steady shots...
