Title: Transporting ( not importing ) DJI mavic pro through domestic airports
Post by: swapnilkambli on February 23, 2017, 03:49:32 PM
Dear Members,

My first question here, apologies if not asking in correct forum group.

So , I would like to know is it safe to carry DJI mavic pro in a small camera bag with two extra batteries? Previously when this question was asked , it was about 2 years ago. Now , it seems things have changed,  companies like Amazon US, avcs India are importing such small vehicles in India, though the flying restriction are about same.

I also asked this question to foreigners and locals who own a mavic  and transported as well. They don't seem to have any problem except on an occasion one of them was asked about extra batteries but eventually allowed to carry. In an other instance, not question were asked at Mumbai International airport even after scan.

Thanks in advanced.
