Title: Using RC electronics in Animatronics! Post by: prateek13 on July 23, 2011, 09:00:12 PM I was watching "Science Of Movies" on Discovery Science recently and saw a segment about animatronics and the tech used in it.
They showed Specials puppets equipped with a lot of servos and receivers and controlled by about 2 futaba radios and showed complex setting and mixing they had done. They had about 12 standard servos working together to produce complex facial expressions. if anyone has links or videos please share! Thanks |
