Title: What is the actual price of HD thermocol sheet
Post by: taksh on July 11, 2018, 08:45:49 PM
I visited two thermocol factories of my nearby area

1st Factory providing Density of 34
Size of thermocol : 4 inch x 1 meter x 1 meter
Cost of 1 thermocol sheet is Rs.630 without GST
Very Expensive as compared to 2nd.

2nd factory providing density of 24-26
Size of thermocol : 4 inch x 1 meter x 1 meter
Cost of 1 thermocol sheet is less than 300 with GST and bill
But unfortunately, thermocol sheet (with more than 24-26 density) is not available.

I don't know about thermocol density.
1st factory owner saying "34", 2nd factory owner saying "24-26"
which density is good for plane?

As price of 34 density sheet is high so i will go for 26 Density of thermocol.
So 26 Density of thermocol is okay for making wings?

I don't know actual price of HD thermocol.
Please tell me actual price of HD thermocol with size.

Also tell me about density of thermocol.
if you can suggest anything which is helpful then suggest
I am waiting for replies.

What HD do you mean HD , FHD or UHD 😂 ? Here in my place we get a 3x4 sheet at just Rs.150. It's very denser than the Refrigerator Foam we get. It's about 2-2.5 inch thick. If we want, we could get thinner sheet as well. And, there is no bill in this factory. I make all my flying wings with this.
