I need help in doing complain in Indian post. My parcel is going to wrong place i don't know why..?
Please suggest me what to do.. how to do complain there is many details.

Write a letter to Postmaster mentioning your name, address and landmark.  Attach a photo identity proof and submit it.  It should not happen again.

Postmaster said that if you want complain then do it online and we can not do anything and they checking tracking number and their net is very slow...How to do complain
