NO sir don't call me BOSS Grin .I am a cool dude  Cool .I don't take anything by heart . Smiley
Actually when u asked that question I really found myself unable to answer that one.So i took it as a challenge (challenge to me only  ,speaking to myself  that "what is this snehal u are in +2 and and u r not able to answer even this easy question) .So i got inspired from this and tried to find out the answer
at my level which even may be wrong.
Actually i am grateful to you coz u asked me dat question and i learned from it.

and i said i am currently in +2 so that even if my answer is wrong you can understand my level and correct it.

i can't always be right
u can't always be right
every person on this earth can't always be right.

But yes we learn things from our mistakes and also from forum like RCINDIA.ORG.  Grin

ok S.S. try to answer these.

How far east can you go before you're heading west?  Head Scratching

If the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into? ( i feel Georg Cantor was right)  Head Scratching

If you have x-ray vision, and you can see through anything, wouldn't you see through everything and actually see nothing?  Head Scratching

I hope it helped many of us in understanding many important concepts of physics.

This is the power of collective wisdom....Salute

I have got a bio question.
accidently i touched a lizard in my house and after it, the tail of the lizard fell down .eeehh.
but the tail kept on moving like hell.
So my question is why that happened even if the tail was detached form the main body.??

Indian Revolution - 100% Pure 100% Hygienic

This is called 'surviving technique' reflex action.
It is an important surviving technique and defense mechanism- lizards drop their tail to redirect the predator's attention and find a way to escape!
The reflex muscle movement is commanded by the brain, and so it wiggles! Smart lizards! lol  Cool

It happens with every living organism! Check 'slaughter' videos on YouTUBE! You'll get a better idea- also get along a bucket to vomit after watching!

eeeeeeeeeeee................. but that SLIMY thing is REALLY UGLY!!!!!
Gosh! How can you touch a LIZARD?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh??? Shocked

@ globalmind.
Actually i thought that there was some dirt or something like that .I went to swap it immidietly but ooohh my god ..eeeh ..after i touched it, it was n english lizard ( coz it was beautiful white lizard). It went away but left its wobbling tail.Actually i began to love lizards after watching shows on natgeo and discovery.Yeah they are beautiful creatures but they should not fall on somebody withot asking that should i land on you.happened with me 4-5 times.
I want to know when the tail was detached how can the brain give it commands. Its not like Tx giving command to the servos for the movement wih 2.4 ghz frequency.
So is their any wave ?(offcource not).what makes the tail move??Is there any potential energy stored in it?

Tail shedding is called autotomy and the movement is called modulated motor control. its like the tail having a mind of its own. Autotomy is the process by which an appendage is voluntarily shed from the body of an animal and has arisen independently many times. It occurs in reptiles, amphibians, mammals and many groups of invertebrates. It distracts predators during predator–prey interactions by providing a visual stimulus that entices the predator to attack the tail rather than the lizard. In addition, tail loss can significantly increase the running speed, which also enhances the ability of a lizard to escape a predator. Whereas tail loss is beneficial to the lizard in terms of acute survival, several costs are also incurred. For example, tails are very important for jumping, mid-air maneuvers (think of a Rudder) and for support while climbing. I hope this info helps. Thx

I am a Corogamist!

On a similar note, in vertebral animals (including humans) the spinal cord has rich set of nerve cells that could make decisions instead of relaying information to the brain. Some of the involuntary actions like reflexes, reaction to pain will be dealt by the spinal cord.

Further, I think the local nerve cells also react to pain as well. Sorry to sound gory but I have seen meat pieces shiver after a sheep has been freshly slaughtered...

Hey, I have another way to tell:
(Probably the MOST WEIRD)

Why Lizards drop tail- This happens usually with lizards having 30A ESC. The tail has a motor wires, the lizard during emergency shuts off the throttle and the current flowing in the motor via ESC rotates till the final current is cut! This causes the tail to move.
Bigger lizards with 5000mAh 3S have lesser response to tail movement. But if you short the terminals by putting your finger in between the jaws of lizard, you will get a freaky feel!
Smaller lizards with 1800kv have more speed in both tail and body, whereas bigger lizards with 1200kv have more power to run longer, but slower speed- we can say them as SLOW LIZARDS! Thumbs Up
Slow lizards are usually not found, these days all lizards are using ZIPPY 2200mAh 3S 25C for better thrust and run! And lizards always prefer ZIPPY because they are good in hiding, they ZIP themselves in corners! LOL
Glow lizards are hard to find!
All lizards are 6 channels equipped!

These lizards are brushless! Have a look at the pic, sorry for bad art! Grin Grin
