You were born an original don't die a copy.

More than a month back Rajat from Pune bought a charger from me. He said that he was willing to return the charger, I agreed. He said he would post it. He did not post it and today after more than a month after using the charger he is asking me to take back my charger. I would have accepted it within a week, but he came up to me today. He is still arguing with me
Plz tell guys what's the right thing to do.

Easy.
Refund him.
Or
Ask him to send it to a mutually acceptable third party, with the original sales description and the shortfall (if any) detected by him (along with return postage and a small adjudication fee)

The forum obviously cannot help, only members can.

Else, if you made an honest sale, just let things lie.
And if he feels cheated, he can post warnings against purchasing from you!

Whether this is resolved or not, both of you can post your views on this thread to get responses from members having a view one way or the other!

Meanwhile the buyer can look up ‘caveat emptor’

Regards

Hi all,

Just saw the post today.

Charger was sold with the confirmation of all charging leads + external adapter by Mr Nakul. (attached WhatsApp conversation screenshot).

What I recieved is charger with ac cable and one out lead, no leads for batteries. Virtually unusable for me since battery leads are not there. Basically not spied what was promised.

And I am outstation at site for work since last few months, expecting to be back in a week or two. Only after return I can post it back.

I have requested to provide me charging leads and external adapter as confirmed before sale OR take it back and refund. But neither of both options is acceptable to him.

So I don't know what to do and how to deal with Nakul.

Suggestion please.
Thanks https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190919/fddd35fbcb1336e7a6fa5c47de5d6db0.jpg

External Adapter is also not supplied by Mr Nakul.
I am asking him for a refund , I will post back and refund my money once he receives it. OR he provides me battery connecting leads and external charging adapter
But he is not accepting either of the two.

I sent you a message 3 days back to send me the photos and if there are no signs of usage I'll accept it. But no photo has been sent by you till date.
