hi,
want to know if there is any facility like wind tunnel for testing hobby wing shapes,
 in india preferably mumbai.
even hobby type miniature tunnel will do.

i can see you are from iit powai do you have any contacts in aviation circle in powai iit
had been to iit powai twice did not evict much response.
also did you ever see any wild cat on the campus
