I also had some questions regarding fabtolab a few days back, then someone in RCI assured me of the shop's reliability. Let me share my experience. I ordered a few items from their store along with 4 packs of resistors and capacitors. The package was sent fast and it was well packed. When I opened the pack I found 2 packs of resistors and capacitors. Then I emailed them about this, got a prompt reply from them that the issue will be taken care of. Within 24hrs another parcel was sent, containing the rest items.
Undoubtedly, this is a super awesome store. Would recommend to anyone who wants to buy from them.
