I set expo 25 25 for elevator.
Tell me all thing is okay.
If you want to see video then i can post video also.
Thanks to all who helped me.
Now, something is complete. I mean 90% is incomplete without 10%.

I set expo 35 35 for rudder
I set expo 25 25 for elevator.

There are three things to be set up. IN THIS ORDER.

1. EPA, or end point adjustment. Can be set separately for each side, like left/right, up/down.
Start with 100% for left, right, up, down. Move the stick to each end one by one.
If the rudder or elevator stops before the servo has completed its rotation, the servo will stall and make a buzzing sound. If so, reduce the EPA to say 90 or 80% till the servo stops buzzing at full stick. Do this separately for up, down, left and right. Now you have the maximum throw possible without stalling the servos.

2. Dual Rate. This has a switch (may be one or two switches) with two positions, High and Low. To start with, both will usually be 100%. It is possible that the throws set in para 1 above are too much for test flight. So D/R is usually left at 100% in the High position, and is reduced to 50-75% in Low position. Start test flying with the Dual Rate switch or switches in LOW.

3. EXPO. This makes the controls less sensitive around neutral (usually by setting a NEGATIVE value of about 30%). Check your Tx manual. Verify whether it says NEGATIVE values for less sensitivity. Then check whether you input neg or positive values!
Expo can be set separately for each control, AND FOR EACH SIDE OF THE DUAL RATE SWITCH(ES)
To avoid confusion, I suggest you set the expo to ZERO for both rudder and elevator in both high and low positions of dual rate switch(es).

MOST IMPORTANT.
JUST BEFORE FLYING CHECK THAT THE CONTROLS MOVE IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION.
DO NOT FLY ALONE. TAKE A FRIEND WITH YOU.

What will happen?
50/50 chances of:
1. Prop breaks on takeoff, crash after hand launch
2. Successful takeoff or hand launch. Over control after a few seconds. Crash!

Don’t worry. This is normal.
If the model survives the test flight, GO HOME.
NEXT FLIGHT, NEXT DAY.

I recommend checking your thrust angle along with the stuff mentioned by @KK Iyer sir..

Right, of course.

Along with no warps and enough rubber bands!

And Taksh, in your second model (when you have theright materials) you have to improve your workmanship, yani karigari ka ster sudharna padega...

Meanwhile, best wishes for first test tomorrow

I forget to tell you one thing.
Wind can pass from wings and fuselage because of dihedral angle.

@taksh,
Difficult to understand what you want to say.
Please use simple language.
Are you saying there is a gap between the wing and fuselage due to dihedral?
If so, just put a slice of thermocol to fill the gap.

Passing wind means something entirely different in English!

"Are you saying there is a gap between the wing and fuselage due to dihedral?" yes you are right.
I forget to check rcindia.
I gave thrust angle yesturday.
Today i tried to fly in cricket ground but more than 50+ people  make circle around me. Huh?  Angry  Specially kids. Angry All kids near me and teenager and young people are in middle and back of circle. Shocked
First tried to fly plane using landing gear. but landing gear start bending... Bang Head
One propeller broken then i planned go to another park but return to same cricket ground again with one on duty police officer and parking wala.
hand launched and plane take a left turn. I moved only throttle stick. Now i think i was wrong i gave wrong thrust angle or i gave more thrust angle.
Result: 2 propeller broken and motor come out from it's place.
Lesson learnt : All things is not propeller and it is better to try to fly in khathh (crop landd).
Battery voltage 12.4 at home (before )& Battery 12.2 when came back to home.( after )

I hope you make it flyable...
Also check whether the elev is parallel to wing and rudder is perpendicular to fuselage...

@prafulla
I used simulator. Today i again tried to fly plane but and motor sperated from fuselage from crash.
I gave 50% throttle. I hand launched plane but nose of plane meet earth surface.
2 Crashes.
I think my plane  will fly plane after 4-5 crashs.

@ambattuhari
I am not more interested in quad
Quad can be easily build and can fly. I made quadcopter with multiwii & ymfc-al but quadcopter was not stable.
I never used gps. I used mpu6050 and Arduino.
Quadcopter is completely different in comparsion of plane.
Making plane is easy but making plane to fly is difficult.
I am building 2nd model "Old Fogey" then my step is to find cg then my second step is electronics. I will install electronics.
then 3rd step is cg then 4th step is all rudder etc. then 5th is flying.
Now My focus is on Weight of the plane because blu baby is my first & heavy build.

"Saying Sorry"  & also saying many things. What is this?
You are talking about horse? Apna kabhi horse riding ki bhi hai?
Ghore trained hota hai lekin educate nhi hota.
Ek acha shikshak ghora ko phele apna app ko accept karna sikhayge.
jab thek ghora kisi ko accept nhi kar payge tab thek usko upar koi nahi baitha payga.

Quote are different in real life but sometimes, Quotes are right in life.
Albert Einstein Quotes : "The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education".
So, horse quote is not for me.

I think i said too much  Grin
