Well done.
What did you use for covering?
Try 2” wide coloured tape

For desi pushrod, see this:

@K K Iyer sir
I have used butter paper for wings and tape (as shown in image) for covering v stab, h stab, and fuselage.
Now i am worried about maximum throw of rudder and elevator because blu baby is slower.

 your build is awesome and for your query you can use umbrella rods or whatever it is called
Its a little wife than the holes so heat it push it in and give it a slight wiggle...
It's hard to cut them though but they act just like used by flite test ...

Hope I helped...

My parents will not allow me to destroy umbrella because of rainy season.
I have 3  rods 3~5mm steel rods. I got 2 rods(very hard)  from nearest engineering works shop & 1 is from bicycle repairing shop.
Now i am thinking which is best.

Tomorrow, i will try to find umbrella fixer but if i said "i need for college or school project" then all will try to sell at high rate.
I know nearest kabadi wala. Kabadi wala selling his not working 2 x cd dvd rom driver (from computer) at 250+.
kabadi wala in poor area can sell at 30rs+ each.

My new idea is.
I will cut stick of lollipop into a size then i will insert servo control horn in lollipop stick after making big hole in lollipop stick.

Cycle rickshaw spokes are a good alternative for push rods. One side is threaded and one can easily screw in a clevis

One step at a time :)

@ taksh
Some stationery shops have a wire for bouquet making. It comes in two varieties, a thinner flexy- bendy one and a stiff one.
If you can find the stiff one, it will be excellent for the job!

@taksh
Prabal is right, the stiff one is made up of still, which does not bent easily, but you have to make it straight using flat headed hammer, it is lightest and strongest one

@ taksh
My stationery has stopped stocking those wires. So cant share any photos.
They are a little thinner than cycle spokes but of the same level of rigidity.......
Just inquire once. I am sure you will find them.

@tictoc21
this wire is for TMT ( saria ). I have this wire but this wire is very flexible.
I heated up this wire with spring so wire can get hardness but nothing happened.

If you want a really great wire for the job, go to a electrical store and ask for the wire that electricians use to pull wiring through conduits. It is a hardened alloy with perfect thickness for the job and will not bulge or break or twist

Yes it's flexible in ring format, but when you make it straight by hammering its gets hardened.
