Could not maiden it today. Because yesterday a late summer thunder storm started in the morning with real high winds which resulted in many uprooted trees and it continued to rain heavy till mid night .Today even though the rain and winds stopped sky is still heavily clouded. If weather permits this evening I will maiden.Post the pictures ASAP. But video will have to wait because my son is away from home for a couple of days with his friends and took my Video camera with him.

Wing position on MOSS depend on the weight of the Motor and Battery being used. CG point on the wing of MOSS is 1/3 rd the wing cord or directly below the carbon wing spar. For the 1st flight position the wing on the fuselage and slide it forward or backward along the fiber fuselage channel so that the plane balances at the CG point. After the 1st flight you can adjust the balance point as necessary and trim the plane so that it flies level with hands off.

Regarding CG, this is the post Sai/RCForAll is referring to : http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/mr-moss-46'-kit-build-guide/msg13245/#msg13245

I am quoting it below also, for your reference :

Wing position on MOSS depend on the weight of the Motor and Battery being used. CG point on the wing of MOSS is 1/3 rd the wing cord or directly below the carbon wing spar. For the 1st flight position the wing on the fuselage and slide it forward or backward along the fiber fuselage channel so that the plane balances at the CG point.
