What is the weight of the model now?

If you are still learning to fly (like me) use the calculation of 200W motor rating for 1kg all up weight. By all up weight one would mean the model, the battery, motor, prop, esc etc. EVERYTHING.

For a model this size, I would consider a 3S1P 4000mAH batter as being good enough. Since this weighs about 300gms alone, so add this to the weight and see the motor requirement. Add the motor weight to the total and see if the 200W per Kg still holds....... I guess you get the drift. Do few iterations and you would be able to define the setup..
