There is something wrong.
What are your flying skills? How much throttle you give during take off?

Retreat, Hell!

Looks like it's a bit heavy for the power system you are using.
Or maybe it's just ground drag. Have you tried hand-launching it?

I went through the video. Following things are required to tell exactly where the problem is:
Agree with swapnil, ground drag could be a reason so try hand launch next time.
Please post the link for the motor you are using and also the battery. Is it a 2S or 3S.

Kindly post the link for all the electronics you used. If you couldn't find that then post exact details of everything. Battery, motor, esc everything. Looks like your model is under powered.

In one of your videos it is visible that battery is placed on the LE of wing. So, kindly make sure that the CG is balanced. Also, a bit nose down is preferred but if it is difficult doing so then no problem. Also, during hand launch you need to throw the model carefully. Since, this is your first time I would advise you not to throw model on your own. Ask someone else to launch it and you just have your hands over controls. It is difficult commanding both things first time as you don't know how the model would respond. Try to give full throttle and then only release the plane.

Otherwise give exact model number. See, you have to be very particular while mentioning the specifications and details because in your case that is urgently required. Otherwise, you'll just end up in breaking your model. A little search on net will do no harm for mentioning the details. especially for motors.

I noticed something else. You have too much up-elevator while launching. You need to trim that down. Also, maybe the plane is a bit tail heavy. Try a 3S Lipo with a 10 inch prop.

Ok its DST-1000 Grin
I would suggest you to go for a 3S battery. I hope you are having one.

770g thrust is for a 3s lipo with a 10 inch prop right? Are you using those?

Did you notice the up-elevator in the 2nd video? That's one of the major reasons for the crash.

Although prop size is not recommended on website still 9-10 prop could be used. In my opinion 3S lipo could make this thing airborne. Also, I'd already mentioned you need not launch model yourself during hand launch. During takeoff follow as:
1.) Have a proper control check of your controls.
2.) Ensure you have got fully charged batteries.
3.) Plug in the battery and give full throttle.
4.) When full throttle is achieved ask the other person to chuck the model. He/she needs to throw it or you can say push it in air. During this, you need not touch elevator. Yeah you can use a very slight elevator. Try out the following links for a better understanding:

I think you should not through it, let it run on the ground and takeoff to gain enough power, it will have a lot of drag I suppose
