instead of the hk6ch get the rcb6i you won't regret it.
For servos of this size get smaller 5g ones.
battery get this http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/2461-wolfpack-white-900mah-25c-74v.aspx
motor get this http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/2398-avionic-m202820-kv1400-micro-brushless-motor.aspx
esc get this http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/2443-avionic-white-12amp-esc.aspx

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

I don't know about the HK or rcb Radio sets, not having any experience of them, but the other products suggested by Nitesh should work fine. Again I don't know how good they are, but I have used Avionic Motors, and they work well as per promised specification. Well researched RCN

I think that motor on rcmumbai
http://rcmumbai.com/index.php/product/cf2822-1200kv-motor-2/
Uses more power,

Therefore buying the setup suggested by rcnitesh,
Thanks nitesh.
How much flying time should I expect with abovementioned combination.

I would like to ask one thing to experts,
the design of this plane was few years back, so motor mount in template is for geared dc motor ,
How should I make a motor mount for the brushless motor,

One more, can I use cycle spokes for reinforcement...

@nilharsh
Like this:
Three samples.
I doubt if you will need cycle spoke reinforcement. For what? Wings?
