Forget floats.
Forget undercarriage.
Have you learnt to fly yet?
Flying off water is far in the future.
Please do not be toooo ambitious.
Initial objective has to be to get airborne, do a circuit and land safely. On GRASS.

This motor will not be enough to fly off water.

Don't complicate your life too much.
Learn to fly first (with someone else doing the takeoff and landing)
Then take off and landing.
After that you can think about water.

Do you realise that your entire investment can SINK in a few seconds?
Have you tried to do a flight on a simulator?
I fear you are underestimating what is involved.

Have you been to Panhard or Ram Tekdi to see others flying?

Live your dream and wear your passion

Practise on simulator or take help of someone, if you are flying for first time.  Smiley

1 question,
I installed a control horn for elevator here ,see pic
Should it cause any problems for me aerodynamically
Or should I change the position.

I tried to change the position but, it's not moving,
I'll have to cut it down....

@nilharsh
Instal a new one closer to fuselage side. (This one can remain, or cut it off)
Looking good so far.
But replace rudder push rod with slightly longer one so that the servo arm is perpendicular to the rod.
Else you will have unequal movement on either side.
