Thanks VC Bhai..

I have made the cowl from Depron and have a tight fit on cowl. Used a plastic NUT glued with a depron piece. You can see a black Color bolt on Cowl in picture.Bolt is a wing bolt ( Butterfly type) and available at RC Dhamaka , pl see the link. Bolt is hand operated ( No need of screw driver).

Hi All,
Today I fly this model and she flu very well. following is the observations
1.   Dihedral is High ( 2.75 Inch)
2.   Before coloring , the model was balanced by two small weights ( apx 30 gms) ,but this time needs more weights ( 60 -80 gms )
3.   Motor ( Aeo Lian 3542 – 125o KV ) seems as a very powerful motor for this weight  ( apx1120 gms ) , any suggestion for new motor ?
4.          Cown Has to rebuild with Ply support, Depron Nut Support was brocken at the time of tightening the Nut.
For problem 2 and 3 , pl provide me your valuable inputs to correct the issues.

aeolian 3542 1250kv is a monster that can fly 3 kg easily. It's power is 580 watt.

you may use anything more than 200 watt. But 3d Aerobatics need 300 watt appx.

DT750, 700KV, (200 watt)

Wattage is not the only thing. Don't go beyond 1200-1300 KV. Use matched prop.
Or you may just change the prop of existing 3542. Or use 3S instead of 4S battery to reduce power. May check 8"x4" or 9"x3.8" prop.

Replacing the motor will reduce nose weight and battery replacement will also shift CG.
Adjust of CG is to be done also. Better Adjust CG by shifting Wing Assembly than adding weight.

Hi Kartik,
For Wing Spur- I used wood spur ( 1 inch wide and 3-4 mm thick, 48 inch long) and screwed with ply dihedral . Also you can make wing spur from 4 mm coro  , but you should make at least 3 spur and glue together.

For wood spur - You can use wood measurement scale or wood beeding available with carpenters.

To Fold the wing – fold the wing from centre line and make crease by using a blunt edge.
