I am introducing my new fully aerobatic trainer anti stress machine
Which I build in Coro actually this aircraft I build few months ago but do not install
Electronics on it

Here now I have powerful motor to fly this model I am showing you some pictures of the construction of this model also I made some modification in the model

the prop i am using is 8" it is very large size so i design lending gear in such a way that when the plane take off run still their will be clearance for the prop , so that it do not touch the ground

i use wheel of the remote racing car which i bought for my kid and few iron rods

i use large size rubber band to attach wings landing gear and prop

Single layer wing?
Be careful of wing bending.

today is rainy day i was not able to go for work

i use double rods for the strength of the wing yes it is single layer wing

It is single layer wing ,i want to reduce wait ,but for strength
 it has double rods .

Isn't there too much pitch variations (nose up/down), especially during winds?

Thats the flutter kind of problem comeup with coro structure,i know you doubt about the single layer of wing ,the airplane is very stable  ,no pitch problem

idea is to get increase endurance,easy to control and more stable flying result

By experimenting new airfoil build I got some interesting picture which I am sharing with you
(Smoke test)as I call it :- very light adjustment of table fan airflow and smoke of burn sticks

And finally the cut view of the airfoil used in anti stress machine to increase endurance and glide performance of the plane

Result
Yesterday morning made test flight
The performance of the wing was superb I enjoy thermal with eagles and return back safely
I also perform loops the smoothness is awesome
I say to eagles “ye kar ke dikhaoo”(do just like me)loooop

 
I suggest anti stress machine is complete from my design point of view wing perform beyond the expectation and really It is going to take all the stress

Have you used any reinforcement on the wing sir?

it has dual spars and 3" brown packing tape covering  ,it can handle small crashes easily.

nice plane, what kind of flight times do you get and how many packs do you fly ?

I love the smoke test for testing the airflow. Lateral thinking at its best!

for increasing endurance i test fly airplane high above the ground , now when we are in a thermal can enjoy flying for long endurance

airplane glide so well with almost full throttle stick back.

Anti-stress machine

The anti stress machine is so far my best trainer airplane, but I want to build some classic that do not have any aerobatics or not have much power, I want something that I can fly relaxing, which I do not have to do much on control stick, just enjoy the lazy Sunday morning, I build a Coro box and add another wing on it. Biplane ready to fly
 I was expecting some very slow flying airplane and I got it I really enjoy the biplane conversion, if we face the airplane to very little strong wind it seems that it can almost hover at that place for some time.
