or you can use old x-ray film also as a hinges.. Wink Grin
I dont think yaar xray's are vert stiff than an actuator can move i think.. Sad will make a try anyway..

you can use metal spring wire as hinge & zero position-er too. Noe the question is how you get thin spring wire ? Solution is unheated soldering iron coil wire opened and straightened. Now what coil? Use 40 watt. You can make hot wire too with his coil wire.

But remember, Open it before heating. If once heated, it will brake and you will have to through it away.
