According to the what i have seen and discussed with my friend,  Zop lipo are not as good. (my personal opinion)
Go with 1000-1200 kv motors with 9-10' props, according to the motor.
don't even think of 8-9 inch prop on 2200 kv motor, you will end up burning it. These high kv motors need 5-6 inch prop, and are usually used in pusher setup.
 9 grams servos work well, for coro model of 40 span, no need for expensive metal gear servos.( if you have good budget, you can go for metal gear servos, they last long )

For control rods, you can use cycle spokes.

For control rods you can also use gel-refills or better ice-cream sticks-halved-longitudinally and joint end-to-end.

1000 kv (200W to 240W) with a 10x4.5 or 10x5 prop and a 1200mAH to 1500maH 3S LiPo is a really good setup. Metal gear servos cost a bit more but won't give you headaches.

@Swapnil @Manoj thanks
I am not planning pusher. A normal plane so as per you suggestion

1200 Kv motor brushless would do.

Qn.
3 ,9gm servo for- rudder,tail,ailerons right?,

For aileron can I use  2 separate  servos ?

Which means 4 channels on Receiver will be occupied for them?

1 Chanel for prop so I would need Rx say 6 Chanel ?

You can use 1 servo or 2 separate servos for aileron. But only one channel will be occupied , as both servos will be connected by a Y connector.
Actually 4 channel radio will do the work. But i suggest you go with 6 Channels. because will will need to upgrade soon. Better if you go for a programmable radio, with screen.
