Sanjay
The Fournier is on my to do list and have the same plan from RCM (before it went bust). Good flyer but my intent is to power with an OS 20 FS not the electric. Have also been eyeing MRM 1/4 scale kit that would be a good candidate for the OS 60 Open rocker

Good effort on your part and I am sure it would be a good flyer.

Few things that I spotted in your previous posts
The Apple box was/is from Sharma and not IHC. IHC had the Orange box that was a design from UK. Plans available on outerzone.
The model has lot of curves not angles Smiley (and that is the reason why we love them curvy ones). Your biggest challenge will be the cowl rest is easy for some one like you. All the best

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

Thank you Captain  Salute

My mistake: Apple Box is indeed Sharma's and the one I built was Orange Box

To the best of my (aging and fuzzy) memory, IHC had a tie-up with Mercury models of the UK, it's chief designer being Henry Nicholls

http://www.rcindia.org/rc-general-topics/remembering-henry-j-nicholls-the-mercury-man/msg176467/#msg176467

But I don't think the Orange Box was by Nicholls. The Outerzone credits  say:
Orange Box
by Clive Smalley
from Aeromodeller
March 1979

Getting curves in a corro build is never easy. Let's see how it goes; fair bit of work done on the cowling, and turtle deck planned too

Thanks again for the encouragement Cap'n  Salute

Sanjay yes right, while there were a lot of classic Mercury and other models being kitted by Aurora not all were Mercury or HJN product.
For example the Schoolmaster by Ken Willard of US underwent a gender change with Aurora and became Schoolmarm

That apart, besides all the Gnomes Mentors Marauders Magpies, there were also the beauty Queens: Miss Universe & Miss World  Grin Plus a decent Citabria

Now on the Fournier, the plans say 4"of Dihedral. It does appear that is each side, making a total of 8". Any ideas if that is correct? Also, in the RCM/Outerzone plans there are no ailerons, but I will be adding half-span ailerons. Should I reduce the dihedral or use the same 8"? Yes, it is needed for rudder turns, especially at lower speeds, and I typically use ailerons only for levelling the wings preferring to turn with rudder

I've used an NTM 2836-1200 KV and plan a 10*6 prop. The original used an Astro 10, this is more powerful, 300 W on 3S compared to 200-220 W of the Astro 10

Yes that is 4" under each wing tip and do not forget the washout.
Since you are using ailerons you can safely reduce the dihedral. With a dihedral wing the rudder induces a rolling moment as well. How much to reduce? I would suggest to to 2 1/2" or even 2" under each wing or look for other Fournier plans with ailerons to see what dihedral they have and interpolate from there. Remember with the original dihedral the aileron will have very reduced authority
Some reference material, hope these help

As for the cowl cheeks above are you planning to hollow them from inside? I suggest you can if you do not need nose weight. You can go really thin and line the inside with glass cloth and epoxy

Thanks Captain

I was planning to go with 3"each side, but will review again

The Alpavia, based on the RF3, has a 56"span, no ailerons, and 4 1/2"dihedral each side

That may not be an apt comparison, as the dihedral will also depend on the fin/rudder size. If you refer the plan for 56 inch Fournier  by Peter Miller on Outer zone you will see the dihedral is 1 3/4 each wing and the model is aileron equipped as well.
