Title: Freak Incident with motor Post by: sanjayrai55 on May 18, 2013, 02:54:55 PM I was flying today, and the motor on my EZ Star suddenly screeched and stopped
Took it home and dismantled (Oh yes, sheared off 3 of the four M3 motor mount screws - my threadlocker is too strong, or I am using too much of it) The circlip was missing. Found it inside the motor, mangled like a chakli, and stuck to one of the magnets. Removed the same, now the motor rotates free and easy Any similar experience anyone? Probable cause?
