A super slow flying plane is harder to control than a park flyer , as it is easy to stall it. Yes, with the above combination the plane won't fly very fast.

This would be my first plane so should I go with this combination ? Is the prop size fine or will it draw a lot of current ?

Should I use a smaller battery or this would be fine ? And how do we do the B folds ? If we try to do it depron will break in half as there is no paper over it . So what to do ?

Yes smaller battery is the best. But, To be honest, I have used 2200 mah battery with my very old foggie which flew fine. The only problem you are going to face with that is that, the plane will fly more like a scale plane rather than a trainer. So, you are using depron and not foamboard right? You could use clear tape to cover one side to make the fold. It works pretty well.

And the prop size ? Can you plz send me the list of electronics which you used in your old fogey ? What was your first diy ?

In terms of propeller , I used many combinations. As I was a beginner that time, I used a 10 inch propeller. The choice wasn't great like low flight time and motor heating up very quickly. Then I used an 8x6 prop. I used a 2S 1800 mah battery, It worked. But 3S 11.1v is a better choice. Used 2 9g servos.

My first plane was scratch built and made by myself. The electronics for that was also the same as the old Fogey. Old Fogey was suggested by a guy from RCI who is just 50km from me. He gave me foamboard and some stuff to me.

I made this for people who wants to use it for future use when I built the old Fogey. Most parts of the post are good and doable. But avoid the rectangular hole making of the sides as it did no good to me.

This was made when I was younger. So, read the sensible parts. The parts list is also given. Don't follow the prop parts etc.
