Hi All,

My sky surfer had a bad crash yesterday with the impact on the nose, consequently the engine failed to start though the other controls Rudder, aileron and elevator were working fine but the engine motor never started. The motor tried to start but with lots of jerks was unable to complete even one RPM.

I tried starting the motor again yesterday eveing but the whole set up was not powering up though the battries were completely charged....Can any one suggest the problem is it the ESC which is not functionng and creating isses after the nose crash.

Thank you

Hello,
Please check your connections from ESC to motor. Also, try recallibrating your ESC.

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.

Just check solder joints in Motor and the space between stator and rotor assembly so that it is free to rotate without power.
Is beep code comes, or the beeping noise reduces than earlier during powering up ?

may be you have tightened the screws too much which you holds the motor in place try to lose them and see if that works.

Jerks in the motor probably  suggest obstruction or damage to the motor.. Check  if it's still moves freely by hand as it should
