yash : don't make it more complicated  just do it in simple way, as aniket said, make a hole in fin and join the both elevator with CF rods or thin plate. Wink
still if you want to continue with that you can refer this image.

Your servo linkages are not proper. The torque rod must ad placed at the pivot/hinge of the elevator!

These L/G are normally screwed in to the base of the fuselage, or fixed with a nut/bolt. Have used them on a corro model. Strong, but no springiness

So put that rod at the hinge point, or with the current setup, you'll have to but one space for that rod to travel freely as it will take the path of an arc when the elevator moves

With ref to your post nos. 66 and 67:

1. This is a beautiful model - DON"T RUSH IT. You will ruin it and won't be happy with yourself.

2. Don't push yourself to a deadline unless you are building for a competition or some other event that has a target date attached to it.

3. ENJOY THE BUILD PROCESS.

Well done!

My models have sat gathering dust for months and years in a half completed stage. Get down to modelling ONLY when you want to do it. The HAL HT2 is a beautiful build - take your time on it. You have a rare talent. God bless.

Thank You sir   Hats Off Hats Off Hats Off
it is only because of all the senior members suggestions and helpfull nature that i have been able to build this i have learned many mistakes from my first one with loads of hand cuts  Giggle Giggle Giggle but for gaining something u have to sacrifice something..   Bow
So i dont mind these small cuts with the satisfaction of self build model which is indian made and not any fancy warbird  Grin Grin Grin
Will put some IAF decals for the tribute to their greatness and courage...  Salute Salute Salute
