Vineet Try this you can build this easily from 3 mm Coro.

In place of a square fuselage which was made with depron like foam. you can bend the three mm coro from bottom and seal the fuselage from top and the lower fuselage will be rounded and top square one.

You can even cut the motor mount little higher to save props.

http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/easy-glider-with-5mm-depron-type-foam/

give me specs of your electronics along with its weights. I will be able to give you the plan modified for 3 mm coro.

i know vineet is interested in pusher models but i need to ask something.
cant prop savers help him?
Also
its not necessary your prop will break, it can also chip off from the sides, so i think the prop can chip from the rear also?

You really want to stop your props from breaking i suggest you make do "tests" before you actually fly.

RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

A small tip... you can always post a direct link to any post. Like this one for Reply #39 mentioned in the above post.

http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/my-first-scratchbuilt-plane/msg68436/#msg68436

The link can be obtained from the clickable topic name ON THAT SPECIFIC POST.

And further on the topic of test, see the search results for "glide test" here.

http://www.rcindia.org/search2?search=glide+test

Doing glide tests can really help you save your day (and effort, patience, money, sanity, etc etc).

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.

Please check the prop postion only.

and
http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/rcpowers-extra-300-using-3mm-coro/

And I have drawn the pic.
http://www.rcindia.org/for-sale/sale-sale-sale/msg68150/#msg68150

This can be easy for any starters and the prop may be saved as ot's periphery will be covered with coro materials.

Since you said you are using 3 mm Coro, I think this design is possible if you have a glue gun. All cut outs can be joined together using thin hot glue bracing and where you are sticking two coro surfaces together, then sanded with emery and CA/ Araldite should do.

RC Friends who have worked with coro please suggest modification / improvements please.

Hi Vineet! Nice build!
Have you done a glide test? That will help you decide the position of the battery.
And why are the ESC terminals (XT60) not shrink-wrapped?

Retreat, Hell!

Have you tried flying it? Smiley

I guess the sideways-drifting could be controlled in flight. If not, try balancing the components.

could it be drifting because of a skew wing?

but i noticed one thing that when it fly it goes to right and down also ,as if i am using rudder but the rudder is fixed as i am using alerons ,

and i cant hold wings on fuselarge because tape is not working and rubberband i cant use as there is no space .

by skew i mean the wings are not perpendicular to the fuselage.
To check on drifting you can also do glide tests and permanently modify the rudder.

To fix the wing. You can use zip ties like the photos.
