Thanks arun,

I am already referring the RUSS40 attachment.

In the wind section diagram, Should i use 50x18 inch piece of coro folded at 9 inch center?
and a rib inside to be added from wind front at 3 inch.
Dihedral to be done in both the side at 7 inch.

 Is that right?

Shiv: first cut out a 50x14" section and a 50x3" section
Now fold the 50x14" section from the 9"
and stick the 50x3"section as seen on the picture and stick the folded part that is the balance part of the 14" section above the 3" section..
The main aim of this is to get an Aerodynamic shape for the wings Which is very essential for a plane to lift and glide..

Thanks arun. Got it.

2mm coro is ok for this?

Root stick is balsa or CF. Which size should I look for?

Yes 2mm is just enough.. 3mm will add more stability but in my view 2mm is stable enough..
Its just a piece of Wooden piece from local hardware shops..
You can use either Wood, balsa,Aluminium or even Cf

There they are used a CF tube for more stiffness and also for more aerodynamic shape if you have CF tube atleast 4mm or 5mm You can use or use 0.5" strip 2mm coro diagonally which will give some extra stiffness..
Use hot glue for extra quick build   Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Thanks Arun,

The wing in the picture is 50x12 and 50x3
The first step at 3 inch and second at 5inch. (as per the diagram in the PDF)

The higher thickness of the wing is 6mm at 3inch from the wind front. Is that OK or need more thickness for the aerodynamic shape?

You are right. My first impression was that wing is slightly bending both sides if i am holding it in the center.
should i add additional Coro to overcome the wing bending.

I have cut one more set of wings also. 50x14 and 50x3. Will try this tonight.
Will also try adding 50x0.5 part. It should be fixed in vertical (0.5inch tall) right?

I am using fevicol SR998 to stick the wing and seems to be working good for Coro.
For Tip angle i used Hot glue.

Got wood stick for the root and EPE for the POD. Hopefully should get ready tonight.

You said "not to go in hurry". Now i am realizing how true it is. Thanks man.

Very nice going shivela you are almost there... Clap Clap
Take good care when making motor mount and Mount the motor a bit facing downward(1 or 2 degree not more)..
The mount should be very strong and withstand any vibrations of the motor..

Waiting for the video..  Drool Drool

Whether this one will also work?

I am thinking of getting this also for my indoor models (weight should be 3grm after removing the plastic cover)

Yes the same one..
I dont think the second one will match with it is a 3ch one for ground vehicles.. need Tx like using in rc car, bike ..
Go for that one itself for micros.. only 7gm or so after removing the cover..
