Hi,

am using mini cessna 182 its flying only 5 to 7 min. Could any one tell me how to increase flying time.

Do you have a link to the detailed specifications of the model?

What happens after 5 to 7 minutes? Does the motor cut?

Which batteries are you using? How old are they? Have you checked individual cell voltage?

Hi Sanjayrai,

Specification:
Wingspan: 555mm
Length: 480mm
Flying wight: 175g (6.2oz)
Drive System: 1822/2600KV brushless outrunner motor
Speed Controller: 6A brushless ESC
Servo: 8g X1;5g X2 speed micro servos
Motor: Brushless 1822/2600KV
Wolf pack 7.4V 300mAh 15C Li-Po Battery and battery are 3 months old but i used 4-5 times.
and am using Avionic Lipo Low voltage Checker and Buzzer Alarm for checking the voltage.

Looking at your set-up, the time seems reasonable

You have not specifically answered an important question: What happens after 5 to 7 minutes? Does the motor cut?

Note: If you use a larger battery, it could (a) not fit in your model and (b) adversely affect the flying characteristics as the heavier weight will put out your CG

Best option is buy one more batter :thumbsup: fly double the time.
