Here are a few pictures of my Kaiser Mk I or the earlier Kaiser (it had the tailplane attached to the bottom of the fuselage).  I first flew a balsa model of this one long time back i.e. sometime in 1983 - 85.  The present one is all of thermocol (fuselage of HD thermocol and wing of commercial thermocol).  Its a semi symetrical wing unlike the one given in the kit which is akin to Clark Y aerofoil.

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

Hi Shobhit

I found the model had to be flown reasonably fast as there was a tip-stalling tendency. This could be offset by introducing some washout. I made a new wing in Corro, without washout, and I just fly it fast.

I of course have a vision problem when the model is a little far, so quite possibly it could be pilot error too Wink

Thanks a lot Sanjay Sir...... I too like my models flying fast and am putting a 3530 NTM motor with a 4 cell to test it.  I am sure it will be a bit too heavy on the gas... Later will reduce it to a 3 cell if all goes well.  The plan recommends 300 - 400 watts of power for the motor and mine is going to give 425 W with a 3 cell and 560 W with a 4 cell.  So lets hope that all goes well.....
Thanks for the input.... will keep the tip stall in mind and not allow it to go too far....

I am fixing a 3530 1400 kv motor of NTM and will be using 9x6 or 10x6 depending on a 4 cell or a 3 cell battery..

Blackbird!!!

So i think it has high power thats because of the motor right? ? And weight of the plane or any other also depicts that? ??
Regards,
Aman.
