Please post a picture.  If it has 6 wires, that indicates a 5s battery.  Did they put the wrong label on it ?

Forgot to ask, are you able to cleanly count the 4 individual cell packs in it ?

That model should come with a 4 pin balance connector and 5 wires.  Can't see how or what a 6th wire is doing in the scheme of things   :headscratch:

If you charge like that, you run the risk of charging with the wrong number of cells detected by the charger, which is potentially dangerous.

Santosh ,
Thunder power , flight power batteries have a different type of balance adapter .
What you need is an adapter cable like the one here to use with normal chargers .

OR

In fact when we get the batteries we specify to the manufacturer the kind of balance connector that are on the chargers we sell here.
Eg Kong Power  supply an adapter with their batteries to suit our chargers

Sai - This adapter only changes the connector type, the number of wires should remain proportional to the number of cells in the pack.  Here, Santhosh has a 4s battery with 6 wires in the balance connector.  Can't see how that is possible.

the max file size allowed here is 128 kb but my file size is abt 270 kb aftr resizing with webresizer :banghead:

i have a balance adaptor cable for connecting this to ths charger

The 6th wire is being understood by the charger as over voltage

i measured the voltages  at the 5th and 6th wire ,both showed around 16.2 volts means these wires are connected togeher, thn went for as sai suggested removed the red wire (6th) from the connector  and its workink ok now.wil post the pictures but no idea abt how to resize it. tnx anwar ,sai

Webresizer does 2 things.

1) It reduces the size of the image by doing better compression, keeping the same dimensions (x pixels by y pixels).

2) It allows you to change the dimensions and reduce the size of the image further (So for example you can reduce a 2000x1500 image to a 800x600 image).  This is done by setting the appropriate "New Size" option in webresizer.

Guess you need to do the second thing also.

They must be trying to reduce the number of types of connectors.
