Looking for some Support guys!!!

I am looking for an ESC for Brushed  1S motor 5-6 Amps.

I have a HiSKY brick ( rx + 2 Linear Servo + low amp  coreless motor ( brushed) Esc) on it.  I need your help to make a ESC, or drive a high Amp MOSFET through brick.

I tried to put a external MOSFET and drive it through Input to Mosfet on Brick... it worked but i think the external MOSFET i used was not a logic level Mosfet.

Can you help ...
1. Any trusted brushed ESC ckt to drive a brushed motor ( 1S and 5amp) something like AT tiny ESC thread on RCGROUPS

2. which high ( 5 amp) logic level Mosfet i can use to be driven by Brick ( using NO additional battery)

3. Where to buy Mosfet from?

Regds

How was the external mosfet connected? Through the mosfet on board?
Irlml2502 is one of the best for the purpose. It's rated around 4amp.Unfortunately, these aren't stocked by any electronic stores.
Alternatively ,standard package mosfets can be used but will add a gram or two.

I took out a tapping from gate of onboard mosfet.

Unlike your  sub gram model my models won't mind 2-3 grams as they will be around 50-75 grm

use a power transistor and connect the base to the drain(not the gate) of the on board mosfet.
since transistor is current  and not voltage driven (only .7 v required) -it should have no problems reaching saturation.

use appropriate resistor wen connecting the base.

Get a 30a brushless ESC , a non working one , and remove some MOSFETs , I think on my ESC, one MOSFETs could drive 15 a continuous you could use them. I guess they'll work for 4.2 volts as well,

Thanks for suggestion !! but the FET on ESC do not work on 5volt. I used the same and it did not work for 5 volt but it worked on 7.5 volts.

Hi saurabh sir,
It looks like you are still struggling with mosfets.
I think you can try darlington pair of transistors instead. They need low base to emitter voltage for turn ON so your brick can power it. However you need to add little more circuitry to make it work properly.

That's the problem , one needs to get logic level MOSFETs  I guesss
