I will be ordering the orange TX module which is turnigy/JR compatible with DSM2/DSMX protocol, along with the new hobbyking supermicro DSM2 compatible Rx with 2 onboard servos. The second DSM2 compatible Rx under super micro is little expensive and it has a 3axis stabilisation.

For me I am stuck with HK SuperMicro JR module with the old Rx which is no longer listed in HK and still haven't gotten it working😊. Sahil sir helped me with the issue and finally boiled down to wrong channel ordering on the Rx. So, for me to be able to re-order channel assignment on my flysky radio I will have to flash my TX with er9x or similar firmware.

PS: Issue was, the throttle was either getting assigned to rudder stick or the aileron stick. So basically the Rx channel follows the JR(TAER) channel assignment and the turnigy/flysky follows futaba (AETR)

@ Romanxdsouza

With Hobbyking

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__56166__2_4Ghz_SuperMicro_Systems_DSM2_Compatible_Receiver_w_Brushless_ESC_Linear_Servos.html
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__56167__2_4Ghz_SuperMicro_Systems_DSM2_Compatible_Receiver_w_Brushed_ESC_Linear_Servos.html

Looking at the voltage range of all the above claimed 1S capable receivers. I would say no harm in trying this one too in 1S setup.

I had pointed out brown out of Fasst micro receivers to you. It is de-linking of Receivers mid flight before ESC cut out.

Reading the discussion at the HK Yes it seems all the receivers pointed are not 1S capable. Wonder why HK makes such wrong claim of being 1S capable.

I believe these are DSM receivers 1S capable

http://www.bsdmicrorc.com/index.php?categoryID=62

That problem pointed out by intorc was with Turnigy should not be with DSM2.

Is it not possible to build a model under 20grams AUW (2S setup) ?

Air frame 7 grams
1.7 grams servos X 2
3.5 grams ESC
5.0 grams motor/prop
3.5 grams RX
Total = 22.4 grams + 2S battery + misc.

Post what you guys think is an ideal setup for 20grams AUW model with 2S battery.

So all the concerns raised in the discussions are not actually personal accounts but only concerns based on statistics.

wait till next week you should have yours'  Wink B/w do you any similar source for square/rectangle magnets? ebay seams to have larger stuff. I was thinking why not make a disc runner BL motor (air core stator and those N52 disc magnets rotor).
