I've just started to build a 42" trainer with styrofoam (called as biofoam). for the wing part & airfoil 3mm sheet is considered. Styro foam is quite different from what you have used - Biaofoam. Biofoam is close to what is more popularly called 'Depron' (a DuPont trademark). Nice build. Do share the plan and maiden video. I have little bit of experience on foam sheets. actually searching for a long time i found this foam sheet in Pune. Some people call it as biofoam and some as styrofoam. But it's somewhat different from styrofoam as Ujjwaana sir has described.Thank you Ujjwaana sir. Avishek. I have already made 5 models. These are 42" 48" and 55" trainers. Hay guys! We are planning to start production of this model! Cover completely with color or transparent tape so that strength will increase as well as dust deposition will be less and cleaning will be easier.
