No problem if screws poke out a bit on the top surface.
Hope the screws are threaded into a small mounting plate on the top surface, and not into the foam alone.

Use a compass or dividers point to enlarge the hole SLIGHTLY. Not too loose.

Does the pushrod have a Z bend at the other end?
If so, it will fit the servo arm.
The adjustable end should normally be at the the horn, and not on the servo arm.

Right.
Now connect and switch on the radio and center the servo through the RC.
This is to check if the servo arm is mounted on the servo shaft perpendicular to the case.
If not you have to remove the servo and remove/refit the arm. Don't over-tighten the screw or it will strip the thread in the shaft.
Hope you haven't stuck the servo in already.

Anyway, center the servo by the RC and check. Then adjust the length by screwing the clevis in or out.

I am thinking to solder the circuit, pls let me know which wire and connector goes with what.
Pls check attachment.

And also, why are the holes made in the 3.5mm connectors ?

Best way to do this.
Make three holes in a piece of wood with a 4mm bit, about 1cm deep.
Push the connectors in.
Heat the connector from the outside, and let solder melt inside. To get it started, you may have to keep the iron outside the hole, and let the solder touch it from inside. (Can't think of any other use for the hole!)
If not able to make the above wooden jig, put rubber bands around the handles of pliers. The connector can now be held in the plier's jaws without needing a hand. You will be needing one hand for the solder and one for the iron.
Don't forget the heat shrink tubing.
Can be connected in any order. If motor runs in reverse, interchange any two wires.

Patient Zero

Having this tool really eases soldering a lot:
https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__10615__Hands_free_small_item_holder.html

And you can't self learn soldering without burning yourself somewhere or the other Bang Head

Unless you have the tool I mentioned Grin Wink

@ Chintal
just a small suggestion,
just put a small drop of hotglue on the small screws coming out from Ailerons,it will smooth the flow and mainly safe to hands on accidental part.
good going.

check if you are connecting to throttle channel and not aileron cause it seems 1st channel...

and binding could be a issue if you are using the tx for first time otherwise there should be no problem Smiley

Convention is
1. Aileron
2. Elevator
3. ESC/Throttle
4. Rudder

But i remember that when a friend got an Avionics 7ch, it was set up differently.
Read the manual to find out which port takes what.

The other issue is polarity. See if the Rx has markings for + & -.
The darkest wire of the three from the ESC is -ve.
See if you plugged it the right way. It will fit even if put in the wrong way.

Without heat shrink tubing be very careful. Put tape properly on all three. If they contact, minimum damage will be a burnt ESC. Maybe a Lipo explosion.

Not funny really !
I know you bought a V911 from me, and made the payment through PayPal, but i had some misunderstandings with my supplier and i told the supplier to REFUND your money. I did it almost in a day. I did not cheat you.

I also know you had sent me many PMs and i had immediately replied stating this same problem but in a hurry, it was sent to RcNeil. You can ask him !!

I had not been for a while before some days as my exams were going and so, i messaged you.

As from my side, and the Rubbish reply you sent me was totally immature.
However thanks.

Ok, but are you sure its a motor problem only ? Because HKing told me it should be an ESC problem.

I am really sorry i could not send the pics, as i had sent the ESC and Motor to RcBanzzar to check, i received them before many weeks, i just had to replace it with a 30A ESC and it would run smoothly.
Now, just yesterday night i fetched out some time and started working on it,
Pls check the pic. I have made it dirty due to the imprints of the gum, thats annoying because a plain whoite looks cool. Now, there's a glitch, i am not able to insert the second screw inside. But i did fit the first screw.
Now, i have glued e back part of the wing because no screw was inserted, for safety, is it ok, should i habe done it ? Or any other method to rectify this.

Thanking you,
Kaushal.
