liked your aerofoil.
Could have made the fuselage narrower, by giving an inside angle to the vertical members of the fuselage. Now it appears to be a rectangle from front view, so instead it could have been somewhat V shaped. This will avoid drag, which that rectangular fuselage will cause. I think surfaces should be more angular than flat - which face the wind headon (front view).

I chose 2s lipo all becoz of weight,
i ordered initially 3s 2200 mAH lipo from RCBazaar, and site has not specified weight,
to my surprise it was too heavy, so went to my local store Jackshobbies and buyed 2s 850 49 grams

CG & aerodynamic center are very important. The aerodynamic force acts through Aerodynamic Center. That force creates a moment about the Center of Gravity of the whole plane. Due to this moment you get the various maneuvers. So the moment arm i.e the distance between the A.C & C.G, along with the Aerodynamic Force (called Lift) decides the magnitude of moment. In this way it affects the control's sensitivity. Offcourse the sensitivity of control can also be controlled by adjusting the position of servos & length of pushrods. But that will control the deflection of the control surface & not the position of the A.C & C.G. i.e keeping the position of the A.C & C.G same, the pushrod/servo position can be adjusted to deflect the contol surfaces for a variety of angles. Its better to decide upon the A.C & C.G while designing your aircraft & then decide upon the min & max deflections for your control surfaces to achieve your desired Aerodynamic Force (Lift) to fly your craft & then position the servos & the pushrods according to that decided angle.
You can find on the net how the A.C is calculated.
I hope the above explanation helps you in some way. Let me know if you need any other information. I will try my best to help you.

Sad day for me September 19, 2011, flew at Osmania university ground
with total flying weight of 900 grm, but my motor had thrust of over 1000 grams  (830 KV+10X5 prop+11.1 2200 mAh battery),

I hand launched it and it fell to ground and broke, was very dissappointed  Sad

Prashant
You should take help of some experienced flyer to test fly your model. Attempts like this will only discourage you from learning. If you need any help call me on 9246545790 for any help.
