Rohit, Ive cut some cardboard in my desired shape, attach it to both ends and let the hot wire cut it along the shape sideways..

prashant_rc  AUW is around 1.2kg , bit heavy for the BL though it flies pretty stable but doesn't perform such aerobatic moves. I will upload more pics

Ive change the  brushless with NTM propdrive 42-38.. esc TURNIGY TRUST 55A SBEC Brushless Speed Controller flies pretty smart.. Smiley
