Retreat, Hell!

Good job Rajesh!

Why is the elevator split in two parts? That might lead to problems during flight.
Also, one of your ailerons seems a bit off.

I see no problem with the ailerons and don't commercial airliners have split elevator?

Well, commercial airliners are not made out of coroplast. Check the the 2nd pic for aileron offset.

@Topalle,

A single elevator is easier and reliable than a split elevator for a small RC plane. i agree even 100cc YAK, Edge will have split elevator with one servo for each.
The right aileron seems to be a little down when the left is flat. should create a flap effect when trimmed. need to redo the push rods to proper size. Overall the plane looks good and proportional in size.

Actually I found no way to use single elevator. Btw its nt double I have made a hole at the point you see and then put a rod inside it and connect the two elevator with fevi quick keeping them at same level.so when u move one elevator other moves as if its single elevator

That should work. To make a single elevator all you need to do is place the rudder before and above the elevator hinge.

Next time move the vertical stab an inch forward inline with the horizontal stab and give a 45deg cut to the rudder to allow movement to the elevator. this is the custom for most planes. joining the elevators with a rod is a good idea but why bother when there is better way. to the best try to make everything in one piece to give extra strength.

Your aileron linkage has got too much offset.

the servo horn and the aileron horn should be connected in a straight line - yours is extreme.
You will face issues while flying .

post a video of your maiden

Usually it is different for different designs and models. For a high winger like yours the chord length should be around 15-25cm, aspect ratio 5-7 and therefore fuselage 65-70% of wingspan. These calculations differ from model to model.
Please post the video of what happened during maiden. It would be helpful to figure out the exact problem.
Also, please mention the specifications of your model including all specs.
The above calculations are for a high winger trainer model as could be seen from pics you've posted earlier.

Seems to be fine. Did your plane flew at all?
Did you tried controlling it with elevator. Sometimes, little elevator has to be applied for take off. Or you could up trim your elevator little bit. Please post the video if possible.
