RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

Not sure how the motor is going to be mounted, but I have seen how well simple "cable-tie"s serve this purpose.

Great build Thumbs Up

Nice one!!! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
However a couple of points
1. Make sure that the thrust line on the motor is coorect. From the pictures it looks like you have upthrust. It would be easy to correct by shimming since it is banded on.
2. While flying make sure to cross a few bands around the pylon base, this would help to lock the pylon in base
3. You could have gained higer efficeincy by putting flaps instead of ailerons and also saved some weight (by using a single servo). Since this has a polyhedral wing, any rudder input alone would induce a bank as well. Flaps would have given you camber changing ability which would help in thermalling

And BTW large rubber bands would work perfectly and so would a cycle valve tube. With rubber bands you can even match the colour to your covering. Unfortunately the valve tube is availble in single colour. Also remember to mark the postion of the pylon  on the wing so that every time you mount and dismount the pylon you have a reference to put it back.

If you would take my suggestion, do not use bolts to fix the wings on. Without a landing gear, high chances that while landing you may hit an obstruction with the wing. A band on wing will prove more reselient in such an unfortunate situation

Sharad,
Giving the motor mount an Aerodynamic design is okay, but are you sure the motor thrust angle is 'full and final' ?
